Journey to Now
This program arises from our collective and individual need to consider how to come back from the pandemic and other life and world events we experienced in the past few years. Many of us were given pause to consider whether we have been living life the way we want to. Our performance features the words and music of living composers whose work is shaped by the issues and questions of today’s world, sometimes reaching into the past to texts and musical techniques that resonate with us still today.
